Food (and Wine, and Beer) Festivals to Look Forward to This Year
Sacramento is the Farm-to-Fork Capital of the Nation, so it comes as no surprise that food takes center stage at many community events. Surrounded by farms, orchards, ranches, and vineyards, the Sacramento region is in the heart of California’s agricultural region. As such, residents are proud to celebrate the local bounty!
Throughout 2026, there are dozens of food-centric festivals scheduled in the greater Sacramento region. Some focus on a specific food, others focus on the great dishes local chefs are turning out. Still others highlight wine, beer, and other beverages being produced in the region.
So, if you’re a foodie, be sure to check out the food festivals scheduled for the Sacramento area this year.
