Coats for Our Community: Windermere Signature Properties’ 16th Annual Coat Drive

When the chill of winter settles over the Greater Sacramento region, a warm coat can mean the difference between comfort and hardship. At Windermere Signature Properties, we believe no one in our community should go without. That’s why we’re proud to launch our 16th Annual Winter Coat Drive—a campaign dedicated to keeping our neighbors warm and cared for.

This October, our 13 local offices and agents will serve as collection hubs for new and gently used coats, jackets, scarves, hats, gloves, and more. These donations will be distributed across Sacramento, Yolo, Placer, and El Dorado counties through partnerships with incredible local nonprofits such as Hands4Hope, Elk Grove Clothes Closet, xHope, Many Hands Make Light Work, and others.

More Than Numbers—It’s About Neighbors

Since 2010, our community has donated over 122,000 winter clothing items, helping children walk to school in comfort, parents provide for their families with dignity, and seniors stay warm through the coldest months. This year, we’re determined to go even further—with a goal of surpassing 130,000 donations.
