Winter Farmers’ Markets in the Sacramento Area
Sacramento is renowned for its rich agriculture and impressive number of local farms. In fact, the city is called America’s Farm-to-Fork Capital due to its abundance of farm-to-table restaurants, myriad of farmers’ markets, and overall focus on all things farm-fresh, seasonal and local.
Thankfully, the farm focus does not cease when the temperatures drop a little in Sacramento. The Sacramento area hosts several farmers’ markets all year long, which means you can even get fresh produce during the winter and early spring! Take a look at the many winter farmers’ markets in Sacramento and its surrounding cities.
