Your Guide to Being Gluten-Free in the Sacramento Area
The Sacramento region is overtly focused on farm-fresh food and healthy culinary options, evident in the many farm-to-table restaurants, vegan and vegetarian options, and other healthy choices in the city. However, it can be quite difficult to eat gluten-free in Sacramento — and any city, really.
Don’t let your gluten sensitivity keep you from enjoying the array of fantastic eateries in the area! The following establishments offer completely gluten-free menus or a variety of gluten-free options — whether you’re looking for breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert, or a drink.
