The region is also known for its many music festivals, with performers in every imaginable genre. The music festival lineup for 2026 includes the following:

Sacramento also draws big-name acts to the region with its large concert venues, including the Golden One Center in Downtown Sacramento, The Venue at Thunder Valley in Lincoln, and the Toyota Amphitheatre and Hard Rock Live in Wheatland, just over the Placer County line.
