A Complete Guide to Sacramento’s Dine Downtown in 2025

It’s no secret that Sacramento is America’s Farm-to-Fork Capital. As such, it comes as no surprise that the greater Sacramento region is home to dozens of world-class restaurants. Locals can spend their lives eating through the region and still not have time to try every restaurant! In fact, it can be hard to decide which ones to visit on any given night.

Your new home search in Yolo County begins here

A good place to start is by taking advantage of Dine Downtown. During the annual event, which began in 2005, Sacramento restaurants offer curated, multi-course, prix-fixe menus showcasing the best ingredients the region has to offer, all at one low price. This year, the event will be held Jan. 10–19. The meals are $45 per person, with $1 being donated to a local charity.

Homes El Dorado County waiting for you

Also hosting their very own restaurant week this year is the city of Elk Grove. Elk Grove Restaurant Week will also be held Jan. 10–19. You can download a pass and take advantage of discounts and specials at local restaurants, cafes, breweries, and wineries. Best of all, a portion of all proceeds benefits the Elk Grove Food Bank.
