Dog-Friendly Hotels Within Two Hours from Sacramento

Need a quick end-of-summer getaway? Hate the thought of leaving your pooch behind? No worries! There are plenty of dog-friendly hotels in Northern California that welcome your four-legged friends. Sacramento is smack dab in the middle of the state, meaning a jaunt to the mountains or the coast (or wine country!) is only a few hours away.

Sure, day trips are fun, and there are even dog-friendly beaches nearby, but there’s something special about an overnighter with your furry friend. So, whether you’re craving an urban escape, a forested adventure or a coastal retreat, following are some of the best dog-friendly hotels within two hours from Sacramento.
