Far Meadow | Yosemite National Park

Embark on an adventure to Far Meadow, a collection of cabin rentals in the heart of Yosemite National Park. In addition to a “base camp” property, a black A frame, a red A frame, an ultra-modern A frame, teepee tents and a trailer, Far Meadow offers a rustic log cabin available to rent. There is something for every adventurous spirit, group size, and budget at this spectacular site situated 7,500 feet above Bass Lake in the High Sierras.

The log cabin is located on 20 acres surrounded by lush trees and forest land. When Far Meadow was discovered, this classic American log cabin was already there, and it received a facelift, including a modernized roof and updated interior. It’s similar to the A frames on site and yet, in a world of its own. The cabin is accompanied by a large wooden deck, providing the perfect place to enjoy your coffee before a hike through Yosemite, or a BBQ after an afternoon spent dipping in a nearby river or lake.
