Lyon’s Downtown Office Looks Ahead
A great team wins because of an ideal blend of new energy and unparalleled experience. At Lyon Real Estate’s Downtown Sacramento Office, David Falcone believes he has that unbeatable combination, and at just the right place and time.
Falcone manages the red brick office at 2801 J Street, where 88 agents closed 712 sales during 2013. The diverse ages among agents mean new talent fresh to the real estate industry, along with seasoned veterans who’ve built reputations for success over 20 years.
With the urban core and East Sacramento in its territory, Lyon’s Downtown Office closes its fair share of classic properties. At the same time, Lyon’s Downtown Office is poised for the future. Go to any public meeting having anything to do with the new arena, and you’ll be joining a member of the Lyon Downtown Office. Falcone estimates the arena will generate development of between 3,000 and 4,000 new residential units.
Lyon Downtown is also recognized within the nonprofit community for its charitable support. Lyon Downtown raising more than $5,000 last year for WIND Youth Services, which is the Sacramento region’s only resource for helping homeless youth escape life on the streets.
“It’s exciting to see people who actively care about who they’re supporting financially, and what results from their efforts. The Lyon Downtown Office is a great example of that. You’ll have members of the office come over and visit, they’re active participants,” said WIND Youth Services board member Paul McClure.
That volunteer effort extends to Lyon Real Estate’s in-house nonprofit campaigns, such as the annual winter coat drive and summer blood donation drive. “The nonprofit support is a big part of the cohesiveness at our office,” Falcone said. “It really is a family office.”
